The craggy heights of the Mountain Zebra National Park's Bankberg embrace rolling plains and deep valleys, and have become an entrancing preserve for the Cape mountain zebra. The 8 Caravan and campsites with communual ablutions facilities are equipped with 220V power points. A maximum of six persons, one caravan with a side tent and one vehicle, or one tent and one vehicle, or one autovilla or one motorised caravan will be permitted per site. The camping area is sited on a mixture of earth and grass, as lawn-type struggels to grow in park conditions.

Five ox-wagons, some as old as 200 years, sleeping 2 people each, pulled into the customary laager. Meals are prepared in the nearby entertainment building and eaten at a stunning 14-seater yellowwood table. Lamps and no electricity.
Noorspoort Guest Farm offers various camping options. The boma on the banks of the Great Gamtoos, has a real old-style bush donkey (warm water tank) under which you will have the fun of making a fire for your own warm water. The two bush showers have stunning views over the river and Vaalkrans hills. There is a braaipit, reed screen, three bush toilets, a bush table, a brack water basin and that's it. Drive around the game reserve as you please. Bring your own tent and enjoy nature. Veldt and bush camping with or withourt a guide. Daan's Cave is quite a hike to get to and is also take in take out. You will stay deep in a Kloof and better have a good camping mattress and sleeping bag. This basic but functional caravan park is next to the swimming pool at Noorspoort Guest Lodge. The caravan park can host 5-6 caravans under the old bluegum trees. Other accommodation also available.
