N//Goabaca to Ngepi
Our trip Report
Distance about 20 km.
We actually wanted to stay for another day at N//Goabaca but reminding ourselves what we were aiming to do, namely visiting as many camps as possible, we decided to visit Ngepi Camp as we have seen so many reports about the place, sometimes a bit conflicting. Some people like the place and others don't. Well we were on our way to see for ourselves!

CAMP REPORTS
NGEPI CAMP - CAPRIVI - BAGANI
Ngepi Camp is situated in the unspoiled upper reaches of the Okavango delta panhandle in the western Caprivi Strip, in the Kavango region of Namibia. With clean Kalahari Desert air, the camp is set on an island under amazing trees with permanent river frontage and surrounded by seasonally flooded swamps.
The area is a paradise of flooded plains and swamps and Ngepi is nestled between Mahango National Park, a few kilometers to the south, and Bwabwata National Park directly opposite Ngepi, across the river.
Each camp site has its own water supply, power point and is lit when the generator is running. Most sites are on the river under trees, on green grass, overlooking the Bwabwabata National Park. There are hot water showers in one of their 'funky' ablution facilities nearby.
Pub and restaurant facilities are available as well as a number of nature activities including mokorokoro trips, guided walks, game viewing or sight seeing.
