Ugab Rhino to Swakopmund
Distance about 232 km.
After a rather wakeful night for Pieter, who was worried about the Elephants walking in the camp throughout the night and them noisily breaking branches in the river nearby, we set out for Swakopmund via Henties Bay, where we planned to have something fishy on the recommendations of our new local friends we made at Ongongo Hot Springs.

Ugab Rhino Camp to Sophia Dale Camp, Swakopmund
Sophia Dale offers two self-catering rondavels where special attention is been paid to individuality, cosy atmosphere and usefulness. Each with two double bedrooms and separate common room, kitchen for self-catering with full equipment, separate bathroom for each bedroom, a big barbecue site and parking in front of the bungalow.
Also offered is Bed and Breakfast in the "Royal House" with 1 double bedroom & 1 triple bedroom with common shower/toilet, 1 double bedroom with tub/toilet including each room with fridge, water cooker and radio, a sun terrace with view into the Namib desert and parking area.
Also offered is camping sites and parking lots for caravans. Some stands have electricity. Clean ablutions.
