Description: XL Farm is a working farm. It is NOT a resort where organised entertainment facilities are offered. While guests will enjoy peace and quiet in our rambling garden, XL Farm is also an ideal place for families with children who should find lots to entertain themselves. Guests are asked to bring their own TOWELS, tennis racquets, tennis balls, charcoal and also a torch for use in the event of Escom power failure. We have two cottages each of which sleep a maximum of eight persons. The cottages are farm style, comfortable and self contained with heaters in the bedrooms and each lounge has a fireplace for a log fire. Kitchens are standard and include microwave. Each cottage has a bath and shower. The Cuddle-In cottage has two rooms, each with double bed, a third room (walk through to the sun-room) with two single beds and a pull out 'double' divan in the lounge. An ideal family environment. The Stables Cottage has three small rooms with two single beds in each. There is a family room with a double bed plus children's bunk bed - shower and toilet en suite.
