Established in 1999, Kopanong, which means "meeting place" in the seSotho language, has three comfortable double guest bedrooms, two with a private bathroom. Guests can also relax in the sitting room, read about South Africa, and watch TV or videos. The nutritious breakfast that is offered consists of fruits, yogurts, milk, cold cereals, hot porridge, cooked vegetables or beans, toast and preserves, juice, tea, and coffee. A traditional-style dinner is also available for guests, when arranged in advance. We have a large covered terrace area and also welcome tour groups here for lunch, tea, or cold drinks and snacks. Here we have an opportunity to talk about South Africa's recent history and future hopes in an authentic setting.

Description: MaNeo's family home is situated in the oldest Western Cape Black Township, Langa. The place has been converted into a modern Bed & Breakfast of international standards. The atmosphere and certain features of the house have been kept intact to give the feeling of a typical black township home that has survived the political upheavals of the early 1980's up to the present time. Ma Neo's Township stay has space for four people and consists of two clean spacious rooms, each with television. Every morning a simple but very tasty continental breakfast is served consisting of several cereals, toast, cheese, jam, yogurt, coffee and tea. But the best thing about Ma Neo's township B&B is that you are welcomed into a family.
