Less than 2 hours from Cape Town, Citrus Creek is situated on the banks of the Olifants River, next to a golf course in the mediterranean valley of Citrusdal at the southern approach to the majestic Cedarberg mountains. Caravans and motor-homes welcome. We also have tent stands available. We offer fully equipped self-catering chalets, each with own braai facilities.
McGregor's Camping is nestled at the foot of the Olifantrivier Mountains, the sites features a beautiful garden setting, overlooking orange and seville orchards with a stunning view of the mountain opposite which forms the renowned Citrusdal Valley. The campsites is exclusive (4sites only), allowing 6 people per site, set in the garden surrounding McGregor's cottage. BBQ facilities inclusive.
River Camp is situated only 18 km from Citrusdal, on the banks of the Olifant's River. This very remote campsite consists of two camping site, each having it's own private ablution facilities. The weekender can engage in activities like hiking, swimming, cycling, fresh water fishing, bird watching and many more.
The Baths Hot Springs Resort is a natural hot springs of 43 degrees celsius. There are 15 well shaded caravan and camping sites with ablution facilities with hot water and some with electrical points. In addition to the hot and cold water swimming pools and spa baths, relaxing pastimes include tennis, trampoline, pool table, small playground for children, hiking trails, mountain biking and bird watching, a shop and a licensed restaurant. We want to promote outdoor living in a relaxed, yet comfortable atmosphere.

The campsite is situated on the banks of the Rondegat River with its natural rockpools. The hiking trails start from there. To explore nature, enjoy marvelous views - our trails cater for everyone. The Geelhoutskloof hiking trail is also an interpretation trail with names on 50 different indigenous trees and shrubs. On top of the Rooiberg hiking trail one has the best view over the valley. Other tours also lead to the Waterfall or to Bushman painting sites. Donkey cart rides through the farm can be booked and horses are available for the experienced rider
Relax on the manicured lawns at our electrificated caravan and tent sites. Only six large caravan and five tent sites have been allowed so you can still enjoy the uncrowded country feeling. Regretably no day visitors are allowed as this resort is reserved strictly for guests only.
Waterval resort also has Caravan and tent sites are available, with power supplies and ablution facilities close at hand.
