Entry onto the farm automatically means that the visitor/s indemnifies the landlord, Tudor Estates (Pty) Ltd, its employees and agents from any claims for injury or damage caused to himself/herself, family or friends or to their property irrespective of how caused, whilst on the landlord's farms.
