Flyfishing for rainbow, golden and brown trout on private waters. Seven weirs in the Swartkoppies stream and eleven dams offer discerning flyfishermen a paradise. Float tubes and kick boats are welcome. Fly tackle available for hire.
The three luxury, self catering cottages situated in delightfully manicured gardens, offer a panoramic view over the rolling hills, valleys and forests.
Outdoor activities
Flyfishing, hiking and mountain biking affords one the opportunity to appreciate the prolific bird and animal life.
In the surrounding area other activities can be enjoyed such as, steam train rides, rock climbing, horse trails, paragliding, hiking, mountain bike trails, historical buildings and structures, and caves.
Facilities and Prices
Cottages are serviced daily by our friendly staff. Log fires blaze in the cozy lounges during cool and misty evenings. Private braai facilities with wood and charcoal.
All cottages fully equipped and serviced. Towels and linen supplied. Wood, charcoal and a jug of milk supplied. Satellite TV in all the cottages - SABC channels only, bring your own decoder and card for DSTV.
Facilities for small wedding functions and conferences(max 18 people).
