Description: Cañon Road Lodge is interestingly decorated with old car parts, found in the region. Old antiques adorn the inside, such as an old gas burning stove with a beaten copper kettle on top. There is a large swimming pool and sun-deck, tucked in between indigenous succulents. Guests can enjoy a drink in the noted 'Wheels' bar. There is also a laundry service and Internet connection. Canyon Roadhouse pride themselves on their delicious food and personalized service. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served in the Canon Roadhouse restaurant. Accommodation is in 9 rooms, including 1 family room of 4, and 1 room with 3 beds. They are all en-suite and are equipped with a fan and mosquito nets. Private campsites are also available.

Description: Desert Horse Inn is located in the Aus Mountains at 1,400 metres above sea level, Desert Horse Inn affords grand vistas of mountain scenery and sweeping desert plains. It consists of 24 spacious and tastefully decorated en suite rooms. Geisterschlucht Cabin is available for self-catering travellers. The two dormitories sleep 12 each (6 km from the inn); the camping site (1.5 km from the Inn) consists of ten separate sites. Children are most welcome at all our venues.

Description: Klein-Aus Vista offers a choice of various accommodation facilities at different locations to meet every traveller's requirement. Solitude, silence, space and magnificent sunsets are the characteristics of the atmosphere at Eagle's Nest Chalets. A 15 minutes' drive from the reception at the Desert Horse Inn, 8 chalets are nestled against a mountain slope and afford unique views of the boundlessness of the desert. Each of the natural rock chalets sits between massive granite boulders and contains a bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace and private veranda. Meals are served at the Desert Horse Inn restaurant. Take-away breakfast or barbecue packs are available on request. Camping is offered at the Desert Horse Campsite.

Description: Rustic Geisterschlucht Cabin nestles against massive granite boulders in a picturesque and sheltered valley of the Aus Mountains. It is ideally suited for families and groups. Only one party at a time will be put up there, regardless of the number of people, and will have the cabin all to itself. The cabin consists of two dormitories with 5 bunk beds each, two showers and two organic toilets. The communal kitchen and dining area is open plan; there is also an outside grill for pleasant evenings together. Barbecue packs are available at the reception (Desert Horse Inn, 6 km). Guests are more than welcome at the Inn's restaurant (subject to space available, please enquire upon arrival). Two hiking trails run through the valley; the habitat of the Wild Horses is just 20 km away.

Description: At Namtib Desert Lodge you will find your genuine Namibian experience in typical Namibian farmstyle accomodations in the middle of the vast Namib desert. Description: Fish River Lodge offers twenty spacious chalets which are positioned along the rim with sufficient distance from each other to ensure privacy and quiet at all times. Dry-packed stone walls cover the outer chalets and large windows offer light and views over the canyon whilst at night guests can watch falling stars through the roof top windows above. Each chalet has a separate shower, dressing facility, double basins, toilet and fan whilst an additional outdoor shower offers a chance to cool down under the stars on warm nights. An outdoor 'bed' is available to guests who would like to sleep under the stars. We do luxury hiking from the lodge with a full back up team making camp and a chef preparing meals. We can be flexible with the hiking, from a half day to 5 days.

Description: Auob Lodge, in the Kalahari, offers 25 en-suite double rooms, a restaurant, a lapa, a TV room and a lounge with fireplace for chilly winter evenings. The red dunes of the Kalahari are in strong contrast to the white calcareous rocks of the valley formed by the Auob River. In an area of 8000 ha around the lodge, various antilope, giraffe, smaller mammals and many bird species can be seen.

Description: The Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch is characterised by huge red sands dunes running parallel, and in a northern-westerly to south-easterly direction. The valleys in between the parallel dunes are commonly known as `streets'. Although three styles of chalets are provided, all have the same standard of luxury and finished quality. Four chalets, constructed of wood and on stilts are built on top of a Kalahari sand dune, with unsurpassed views to the Southwest. The other six chalets are built in the street or valley between the dunes. These chalets are built of `hay bales' with walls 600mm thick, the insulation and atmosphere are equally effective and tranquil.

Description: Kalahari Anib Lodge lies like a lush green oasis in the midst of red Kalahari dunes.
