Description: Accommodation at Ngepi Camp is in either 13 Tree Houses or 3 Bush Huts. Braai facilities for both can arranged and they are all equipped with mosquito nets. The Tree Houses have double/ twin beds and have en suite bathrooms. They are comfortable but rustic and have open views of the river. Some have been built higher than the others, choose a tree house to suit your athleticism and age. Description: Namutoni centers on an old German Fort, overlooking the King Nehale waterhole, in an area dotted with graceful Makalani palms. It dates back to a German police post, built before the turn of the century. Namutoni also has a waterhole which is floodlit at night, giving you an opportunity to see some of the shy, nocturnal wildlife. During the dry season, you're bound to see something of interest by just sitting here for a few hours in the evening. The Fort has been developed into the hub of activity, offering two restaurants, a relaxation lounge, a bar, crafts boutique, curio shop, jewellers and bookstore. Description: Okaukuejo is the main area of tourist activity inside Etosha but visitors can also choose to stay at either Halali or Namutoni Camps. Okaukuejo Camp is the oldest tourist camp in Etosha. It is famous for its flood-lit waterhole, where visitors have the opportunity to see some of the shy, nocturnal wildlife. The waterhole is also visited by a variety of wildlife and common sightings include buck species, herds of elephant, rhino and lion. Description: Onkoshi Camp is a low impact, environmentally friendly establishment with only 15 units (30 beds), which guarantees a truly personal and exclusive experience. The location is entirely out of view of current tourist routes and thus offers a pristine and tranquil experience. Guests arrive in Namutoni from where they are transported to Onkoshi Camp. The camp offers superb vistas over the Etosha pan, with its shimmering mirages during the hot days, dramatic sunset and sunrise textures and colours, sense of isolation and space and clear night skies. All rooms are built on elevated wooden decks, with thatched roofs, canvas walls and large, wooden-framed retractable doors allowing spectacular panoramic views.
